You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Pre-Order Items

For items that are listed as PRE-ORDER, kindly take note that due to overwhelming demand and supplier limitation, this item once ordered will not be refunded. Upon checkout and confirmation of order the average time to supply the items are 4-6 months subject to the type of items. Some items may take a longer or shorter period of time as displayed on the description of selected items. Please take note that strictly no refunds or cancellations once checkout is done.

Purchases & Payment

We accept the following types of payments: - Visa/MasterCard/Online Banking - You are required to provide updated, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the Site. You further agree to quickly update your account and payment information, including your email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, on the payment gateway provider's website in order to complete the payment transaction. Sales tax will be added to the purchase price as we believe necessary, in accordance with Malaysian legislation. Prices for all products are subject to change and vary in accordance with market prices from the manufacturers/suppliers. All payments will be in Malaysian Ringgit. You agree to pay all charges for your purchases at the then-current pricing, including any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your preferred payment provider for any such amounts when you place your order. We retain the right to correct any pricing errors. We have the right to refuse any order placed through this website. We may, at our sole option, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, clinic, or order. These limits may apply to orders placed by or under the same customer account, using the same payment method, or using the same billing or shipping address. We have the right to limit or reject orders that we believe were placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
